“I’M GOING TO MAKE EVERYTHING AROUND ME BEAUTIFUL, THAT WILL BE MY LIFE”

-ELSIE DE WOLFE

I have always acknowledged my creativity and eye for design. My pursuit of a career in design began at age 16, but truly started with my first home remodel in 2017. After 7 years of bringing projects to life for myself, upon request, I began to help others create and execute visions for their own spaces in 2024!

MY DESIGN PORTFOLIO:

My design approach: not limited by one type of style.

  • Personality

At the heart of every good space is the uniqueness of the people who have occupied & will occupy it. By appreciating what is and recognizing your own desires/priorities, we can carefully craft a space that you admire single every day!

  • Functionality

Who doesn’t like to be comfortable in their own space? They key to comfortability is thoughtful functionality. By removing the worries of operation, you can relax in a space that feels like you.

  • Quality

What separates a good space from a great space is the attention given to detail. Not the tiny trinkets you set around, but the quality of items and finishes you end up with. My years of sourcing experience can help guide you toward the best resources for your space.

Home should be yours. Let’s make it that way.

Design Services

  • Planning a new build or remodeling an entire home? Comprehensive design of an entire home is an art. Each room should flow together to tell a story of the structure and the people who live in it.

Because each home is so unique, house design is priced per project, based on an hourly fee and estimated hours of time devoted to the project. Send me a message with details of your project to get started. The earlier, the better!

  • Many people have endless home project lists and rooms to improve, but sometimes it is best to focus your attention on one space to see valuable progress.

Comprehensive design of singular rooms starts at $1,000. This service includes a site visit, full design PDF, extensive sourcing, linked products and unlimited communication until completion of the project.

  • Sourcing is the process of finding products for a space. This can be applied to projects in every phase, finding items such as tile, light fixtures, rugs, furniture, decor, etc.. These may be new or antique pieces depending on your preferences.

The cost for sourcing is the cost of the items, plus a 20% fee of the item(s) total which covers the time spent finding and receiving the items. A $500 minimum order applies.

  • For those who are struggling with vision and direction for their spaces, but want to make an effort towards cultivated design.

Mood Boards start at $200/board. This includes an initial conversation, mood board draft with product links and follow-up communication to help execute the design.

  • If you are looking to enter the Short Term Rental market or you would like to increase traffic to an existing STR property, investing in the design of the space is a great first step.

Due to the unique nature of each STR, these projects will be priced individually based on an hourly rate. Let’s create an attractive home that guests want to visit again and again!

FAQs

How long does your design process take?

Each project is fully unique and will be treated as such. A smaller scope of work such as a mood board or single room may be designed in a few weeks, while a larger project such as an entire house remodel or new construction should be expected to take months (or years!) for completion.

Can I be heavily involved in the selection of items for my project?

Absolutely! Every person is different, some people want to be completely hands-off, and others want to be heavily involved with their selections while valuing my experience, opinion and resources. I work hard to thoroughly communicate and understand each client’s desires before we begin, so you can be as involved or uninvolved as you wish to be.

What is your design style?

Contrary to popular belief, I do not accept that designers should be forced into the constraints of one “style” as it limits their creativity. The high quality of finishes I select is my standard, but the moods and my approach will change with every project as I consider the space and people involved. My goal is to make every space beautiful, high quality and timeless.

Do you offer subcontracting and handle renovations?

I currently only offer design services, on site and virtually. I do not handle any contracting or labor, although I do have recommendations for clients in Kentucky and I hope to be able to assist more with this eventually!
